• Local Persistence: Any data generated during your session (like a drawing in progress) exists only in the temporary memory of your local device and the device of the peer you are connected to.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties.

• Loss of Data: Because we do not store your data, we are not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to chat logs or artistic creations, resulting from connection drops, app crashes, or device failure.

• User Content: We do not monitor, moderate, or encrypt the content exchanged between peers. Users are solely responsible for the content they share and the security of their own connections.

The App does not share data with third parties, as there is no data collected to share. However, please be aware that your internet service provider (ISP) or the platform used to download the App may have their own data collection policies.
