The App is designed to function primarily as an offline, on-device gallery and media management application.

Media Access

The App requests permission to access:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Device storage/media library

This access is required to:

  • Display media files

  • Organize folders

  • Move, sort, restore, and delete media

  • Generate thumbnails

  • Maintain recycle bin functionality

  • Provide activity logs

Device Information

The App may collect limited technical information for app stability and performance monitoring, including:

  • Crash logs

  • App version

  • Device model

  • Android OS version

  • Performance diagnostics

The App does not collect personal identity information such as:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Contacts

  • Messages

  • Location data

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your media and app activity are used only to provide core application functionality, including:

  • Viewing images and videos

  • Sorting and organizing media

  • Moving files between folders

  • Managing deleted media through recycle bin

  • Displaying activity history

All file operations are performed locally on your device.

3. Data Storage

Local Processing

All media processing occurs locally on your device.

The App does not upload your:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Activity logs

  • Folder structure

  • File metadata

to external servers unless explicitly stated in future features.

Recycle Bin

Deleted media may remain temporarily stored in the in-app recycle bin until:

  • Permanently deleted by the user

  • Automatically removed after the configured retention period

4. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

  • Read media files

  • Modify/delete media files

  • Manage storage access (where applicable)

Permissions are used strictly for gallery and media management functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for:

  • Crash reporting

  • Performance monitoring

  • Analytics

These services may collect anonymized technical information solely for improving application stability and user experience.

The App does not sell or share personal media files with third parties.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect your data and media stored within the App environment.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. User Control

You retain full control over your media and permissions.

You may:

  • Revoke permissions through Android settings

  • Delete activity logs

  • Empty recycle bin

  • Uninstall the App and remove all app-related local data

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” above.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
